"Water is fluid, soft, and yielding. But water will wear away rock, which is rigid and cannot yield. As a rule, whatever is fluid, soft, and yielding will overcome whatever is rigid and hard. This is a paradox: What is flexible is strong." - Lao Tzo

Dr. Mick Wilson champions simplicity in his approach to good health. His philosophy? In a word: Motion. For the body to perform at the highest level, in all lifestyles, responsible living and a regimen of motion are integral. A simple answer to many of our health problems is the prescription of movement.
A moving joint is a healthy joint. A flexible muscle is a healthy muscle. A strong body is a healthy body. As the joints begin to move and the muscles surrounding the joints begin to relax strengthening can occur. Once joints and muscles are moving, Dr. Mick Wilson enacts a strengthening routine using functional movement to improve the condition of muscles and assist the body in self-correcting posture. A regimen of motion therefore allows for improved health, flexibility, and overall wellness.
Dr. Mick Wilson encourages patients to be active participants in their own care. In addition to Chiropractic adjustment and manipulation he provides diet advising and improved active lifestyle recommendations.
Comprehensive experience in a community setting has helped to shape a Chiropractic technique of Doctor-Patient collaborative health improvement. Having treated patients of diverse history afflicted with a variety of health issues has afforded Dr. Mick Wilson an encompassing exposure to physical ailments.
